Positive: The staff is lovely, the location is great, and overall we had a nice stay.
Negative: At first glance, the apartment looks clean, but it's not actually very clean. We found a lot of dust, hair, and other unidentifiable debris on the sheets, floors, and other surfaces. Unfortunately, we also found a bedbug on our last day. The staff immediately came to help, moved us to another room, and took care of the situation. We know it is not their fault, and we really appreciated how attentive they were in this situation. However, that paired with the general lack of cleanliness left us a bit disappointed.
