Nuisances sonores nocturnes Positive: La gentillesse des mexicains, la culture riche de ce pays Negative: Alentours très bruyants le soir et tard la nuit (musique)

Overall disappointing stay. Not what we expected Negative: Unsanitary, sheets were covered in hairs and clearly been used before our arrival. There was no hot water to shower with or wash our hands. We requested a partial refund for the inconveniences and no one responded to our message. I would not recommend this stay to future travelers.

Didn’t stay Positive: Could not locate the place, and when I try calling couldn’t connect with a live person. The WhatsApp they suggested to used was horrible and took too long. The people in the area didn’t know much about the place or owner. Looking to get a refund. I have too stay at another location with the family. Negative: Difficult to located

Positive: Friendly staff was helpful when needed. Room/suite was perfect for family of four. Location is superb. Property is secure.

correcte mais l'équipement de la cuisine est à améliorer. Positive: Il y a très peu d'ustensile pour cuisiner, par exemple, il n'y a pas d'épluche-légumes et aucun torchon n'est fourni. Negative: L'immeuble est neuf et les vitres donnant sur la rue ne sont même pas équipées de doubles vitrages alors que la rue Queretaro est bruyante.
