401- Eclectic Apartment in the Heart of Roma, CDMX

It was decent but could be improved based on comments above Positive: It was very safe requiring double security access to enter property. Staff was very friendly even though most did not speak English. Lots of restaurants nearby Negative: The room wasn't as clean as I would have like the area rug wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and rug itself was very worn, futon couch was not very comfortable and other seating in family are had no backs. Could have used more trash bags and towels upfront

Gorgeous apartment and a perfect location. Positive: The room was perfect and the staffing excellent. I would definitely return.

the reception staff were very kind, and the location is a big plus. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness o Positive: What I liked the most about the apartment was the location. It’s in Roma Norte, a very well-located and walkable area, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It made getting around Mexico City very easy and convenient. Negative: What I didn’t like was the cleanliness. We found dog food and hair on the living room sofa throw, and some surfaces showed signs that they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The towels were not completely white, and we were charged for staining them with makeup. We were also told we would be charged because the bedspread had hair on it, even though it wasn’t from our pet but rather due to inadequate cleaning before our stay. Additionally, the living room sofa was somewhat uncomfortable.

Gran lugar, si volvería Positive: Están hermosos los departamentos! Justo como se ven en las fotos. Muy cómodos y bonitos decorados y lo que más me gustó fue la cocina muy bonita y bien equipada!! cosa que para este viaje en específico era importante Negative: Se tardaron mucho en darme el código de acceso y tuve que esperar ahí como por 20 minutos porque no había nadie en la recepción y no contestaban el teléfono.
