Decent stay but needed some changes. Positive: Good location and friendly staff! Appreciated the front door staff at night, especially. Communication was great with them as well. Negative: This place photographs better than in reality. The bed and bathroom linens weren’t the cleanest and the pillows were small and unsupportive. Noise was a problem at times and there was no air conditioner. Bathrooms small and scented toilet paper was a turn-off. Staff came to check on our room and left our suite unlocked. The lock was not the most reliable.

Positive: En buena ubicación. El personal siempre muy amable y atento a cualquier solicitud. El departamento está lindo aunque puede mejorar Negative: La limpieza de blancos en camas y toallas, sucias como percudidas y con olor extraño. El sofá estaba asqueroso que ni ganas de sentarse. Una de las habitaciones infestada de humedad cerca de la cabecera que es pésimo para salud. El estacionamiento es muy estrecho, aunque supongo que es así en cualquier edificio de CDMX

Bring ear plus Positive: The location is great and the staff were very helpful. Negative: Unfortunately a restaurant close by turns into a nightclub and the noise coming from this was horrendous. Obviously being in the city it comes with a reasonable amount of noise, however going till 4.00am is not really acceptable. Having no air conditioning meant you could not open the windows, hence stuffy.

Un lugar con gran potencial que necesita el interés de sus propietarios Positive: La atención del personal, especialmente Diana quien siempre estuvo presente para atender y solucionar con muy buena actitud cada una de nuestras solicitudes o preguntas. La ubicación del lugar esta muy bien para moverse por DF. Negative: El aseo muy superficial del apartamento, los sifones huelen mal, nos ofrecieron cocina totalmente equipada y artículos de baño pero no encontramos lo necesario y suficiente acorde a la cantidad de huéspedes, un sofá cama que debíamos usar pero toco pedir la ropa de cama, dice la publicación que tienen posibilidad de brindar desayuno pero no tienen el servicio.

Positive: L'accès libre aux machines à laver. Negative: 3 jours sans eau chaude dans les douches. L'équipement minimum des cuisines.
