Everything great minus the lack of the second fan and the price difference. Positive: The location was great! The apt was very nice. Negative: For the second room they need a fan, my daughter could not sleep. We were 2 couples for the first night, and the next two days only 1 couple. I wrote asking to have the price settle the difference. On march 27th they answer me that they will settle the difference at the front desk at the check in. When we arrived I show the mail in the front desk they ignore it at all. I asked several times for there help and they did not do anything.

Great location, very clean, comfortable for a short or extended stay. Positive: Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. The man at the desk was very friendly, the woman at the desk spoke English which was very helpful. Negative: Noisy at night from adjoining building and street noise. Sheets were some kind of slippy synthetic that weren't as deep as the mattress, so they came off and bunched up and didn't breathe.

Lovely staff, charming building, nice location, needs some attention to plumbing. Positive: Convenient. Clean. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Negative: Leaking toilet. Backed up drain. Can't flush waste tissue. Musty smell in bathrooms.

One of the best accomodation in Mexico City. Positive: Great Place, clean, comfy and got everything you need in the appartment, even Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules, will definitely rebook here.
