Comfortable Apt in a Great Location. Positive: Easy check in process. Friendly staff. The beds were super comfortable. Nice and Quiet during the evening. TV worked well and the sofa was comfortable. Negative: The hair dryer didn't work well. The air that came out was very weak. I think it needs to be replaced. A full length mirror would be very helpful to have somewhere in the apt.

Bonito departamento, buena ubicación. Cuidado con depósitos en el check in Positive: Nos gusto mucho el departamento y las áreas como fueron distribuidas. También la ubicación Negative: Nos cobraron un depósito en tarjeta que tardaron como 2 semanas en regresar. Decían que porque unas sábanas estaban sucias, pero eso no fue verdad

Apartamentos modernos y cómodos en el centro de CdMx Positive: Muy bien situado en un barrio tranquilo y maravilloso de CDMX. Espacio moderno y con comodidades. Negative: Durante más de un día estuvo una música que provenía de otro apartamento (no era de bar ni de local cercano), parecía q se habían dejado la TV encendida.

Everything great minus the lack of the second fan and the price difference. Positive: The location was great! The apt was very nice. Negative: For the second room they need a fan, my daughter could not sleep. We were 2 couples for the first night, and the next two days only 1 couple. I wrote asking to have the price settle the difference. On march 27th they answer me that they will settle the difference at the front desk at the check in. When we arrived I show the mail in the front desk they ignore it at all. I asked several times for there help and they did not do anything.
