Positive: 飛行機の影響で到着が夜中になってしまったが、スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくれた。部屋も綺麗で快適だった。
Negative: ドライヤーが付いていると書いてあったが、部屋にはなかった。受付にあったのかも。

Very good stay, with minor hitches that didn’t spoil our holidays.
Positive: The place is superb, well kept and comfortable.
Negative: In general, everything was ok. However, we would have liked an information sheet (public transport, local amenities, etc) to facilitate our visit.
Minor point: There were some issues with the hot water.

Positive: The apartment was in a good location to explore the city. Although, there is a bar/club nearby with a bit of noise every night.
Negative: It wasn’t as clean as it should be. The shower had not been cleaned properly and there were hairs left on the bathroom floors. We notified the staff who said they would clean it, but they never did unfortunately.
