Positive: The apartment was great Negative: It does not have air conditioning

Positive: La ubicación. Los apartamentos eran cómodos, muy bonitos y cumplían con las funciones para pasar unos días en una ciudad grande y a un buen precio. Negative: Comentamos en varias ocasiones que el agua de la regadera no salía caliente y una vez vinieron a revisar pero no hicieron nada, a las siguientes veces ya ni vinieron a revisar y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Traían papel higiénico a cuenta gotas y teníamos que ir todos los dias a pedir que trajeran mas, y nos traían un rollo por baño, siendo 5 personas, deberían tener de sobra.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly but if you come to relax, this is not the quiet place you want. Positive: The property was nice overall. Clean and well organized. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and responsive. Pretty quick to reply to any questions. The location was very nice to many cafes and things to do. Negative: This is a very loud place. Three out of six nights we did not get much sleep. The property sits right next to a restaurant, a brewery and a night club. Wall shaking, window rattling bass type noise. Until 5 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Until 2 am on Sunday nights. When we inquired about the noise we were given ear plugs and they did apologize. The walls and ceilings are very thin. The family that stayed above us or lives above us has crying kids and they screamed and cried and tossed things on their floor, our ceiling, throughout the night. We were out all day adventuring but even after 10/11pm when we got back, it was club music, screaming kids or housekeeping cleaning units around us. Items in the unit were nice but not always functional. The soap dispensers in the showers and kitchen didn’t work. There is no hand soap provided in either bathroom.

1000% recommended!!! Positive: Everything !!!! People here at Nowness were extraordinary!!! It is Amazing how safety the building and the area are . we LOVE IT!!!! We change plans and stay 11 nights, and we love it every minute!!! We have the opportunity to walk to either an OXXO or a SUMESA in super short walks and safety streets , this is without doubt a place that I will choose for my next stay in Mexico City. Safest and more enjoyable neighborhood in Mexico City .
