Positive: The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful and were there when we checked in very late - after midnight. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The apartment was a short walk to several restaurants. Negative: There is some street noise - unavoidable in Mexico City.

Positive: The location was ideal for visiting the city. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Negative: There was a bar nearby that was very loud until the wee hours of the morning. The noise was reduced when the windows were closed, but at the warm temps with no AC, it was uncomfortably warm. The unit itself was new and everything worked well. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils and the couch and chairs were dirty and smelled bad. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Positive: Perfect for a family of 4. Very clean, comfortable beds, one bedroom had windows to the busier street the other one to the courteyard - this one was perferct for the children as they were not woken up by the noise. In the other rom ear plugs helped. Location very convenient and safe. Great communication with host.
