Beware of the bathrooms!!! Positive: The location of this hotel was great, very central and convenient for getting around. The staff was also responsive via text and offered food recommendations, which we appreciated. Our room itself had plenty of space for just two people. Negative: Our biggest issue with this property was the state of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms reeked of an overwhelming sewage smell for the entirety of our 3-day stay. The odor was so strong that we could barely use the facilities without gagging, which made showering and freshening up nearly impossible. To try to manage it, we had to keep all the windows and doors open the whole time, which unfortunately led to mosquitos and other bugs in the rooms. On top of that, we had to keep all the bathroom doors tightly shut just to prevent the smell from seeping into the bedrooms and common areas. This was a constant problem during our stay and made it very difficult to feel comfortable or enjoy the space. When we shared this issue with the hotel, we were told it had already been fixed, but within an hour the smell came back just as strong. We were later informed that someone would be coming on Thursday to resolve it, but since our checkout was also Thursday, that didn’t provide any relief during our stay. Overall, the problem was never resolved, and it significantly impacted our comfort and experience at the property. Rooms were a little noise due to them being so close to the street. Looking at other reviews, you will see this isn't just a one off issue, it's happen to others.

Maravillosa si solucionar problema de ruidos Positive: El alojamiento es perfecto. Dos habitaciones perfectamente equipadas con todo y una cocina salón muy funcional. Negative: Tienen un problema con un local de fiesta cercano. La primera noche pudimos dormir bien, la segunda imposible. Estuvieron hasta las 5:00 am sin parar y vibraba toda la casa.

Positive: Excellent location walking distance to everything we wanted to see in roma norte. the room size was perfect for our group of 4. Negative: Could be cleaner, our balcony was not cleaned when we checked in .

Positive: Great location, looks just like the pictures. Negative: Expect a Lots of noise on the weekend from the clu/bar next door. Hot water is off and on.

Sehr sauber, schöne Ausstattung und sehr gute Lage. Positive: Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt (nah am Zentrum und ein schönes Viertel) Negative: Die Fenster sind sehr dünn und man hört nachts oft und laut Sirenen, weil viele Krankenhäuser in der Umgebung sind.
