302 Classic Modern · Timeless Elegance in Classic & Modern Roma Norte

This place is a gem and I would definitely stay here again. Positive: Our stay at Nowness was a pleasant one, the apartment was beautifully decorated with comfy beds and all the amenities one would like to have when traveling away from home. The staff was friendly, personable and helpful at all time. The complex is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, markets, parks and public transportation. Negative: We had two issues during our stay. One was the sliding doors in the apartment. In the master bedroom the outside noise was loud in the room due to one of the sliding doors not locking properly and the other was the living room sliding door the handle was falling off so we were not able to lock or open the door properly. And the other issue was not having hot water for the first few days during our stay. We notified the front desk of these issues and was told that everything would be taken care of on Monday because the mechanic is not available on the weekends. The staff was understanding and helpful with providing us with temporary solutions while we waited for the mechanic. They provided us with earplugs to abate the noise factor and we were allowed to shower in the apartment across the hall All our issues were addressed a few days later and we were able to enjoy the reminder of our stay.

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood! Positive: Location, spaciousness, having 2 bathrooms, attentive staff, laundry facilities, secure building, walk in wardrobe. Negative: One shower leaked a lot when used, and sometimes the second bathroom smelled. The main ensuite was very small

Confy, cozy, well located Positive: The location is fantastic. Loved the property, too. Such a welcoming apartment. Negative: I had hoped the washing machines were en suite. They weren't and that discouraged me from using them.
